User Agreement

Acceptance of Agreement By accessing, using, or interacting with Sarge AI, you (“User,” “you,”
“your”) expressly agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use. Continued use constitutes binding acceptance.
No Professional Advice Sarge AI is an informational and educational tool only. It does not provide professional, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on outputs, recommendations, or analysis is made solely at your own risk.
User Responsibility You are solely and exclusively responsible for: (i) The accuracy, quality, and legality of any data or information you provide; (ii) The interpretation, application, and use of Sarge AI’s outputs; (iii) Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to OSHA, PHMSA, EPA, DEP, BSEE, and state oil and gas commissions; and (iv) Any and all decisions, actions, and consequences that result from your use of Sarge AI.
No Warranties Sarge AI is provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” On Point Safety LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Point Safety LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any damages of any kind —including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — arising from or related to your use or reliance on Sarge AI. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. All risk of use rests solely and entirely with you.
Indemnification You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless On Point Safety LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) Your use or misuse of Sarge AI; (ii) Your reliance on any output or recommendation; or (iii) Your violation of this User Agreement or any applicable law.
No Liability for Third-Party Integrations Sarge AI may integrate with or rely on third-party tools, APIs, or services. We make no warranties regarding such services and assume no liability for their availability, accuracy, or reliability. Use of such integrations is solely at your own risk.
Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Sarge AI, without notice, for any misuse, violation of this Agreement, or at our sole discretion.
Governing Law & Venue This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Pennsylvania.
Entire Agreement This User Agreement, together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Accessibility Statement, constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement governing your use of Sarge AI. It supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations.
